My son separated, got full custody of his daughter owes lawyers 60,000. He wants to close his 401(k) thoughts.?

Ugh — I have no doubt that gaining full custody of his daughter was a good investment. I think he might want to negotiate with his attorney! That must have been quite a long-term battle to generate that amount in fees. And rarely does one parent gain full custody — so he must have had some terrific evidence on his side. So why did it take so long and cost so much??!!
(If he wants, he can call me, and we will get on a three-way with his attorney and ask that question! Seriously.)
