By Terry Savage on August 23, 2024 | Financial Planning / Retirement

Shortly after the Pandemic I sold my shares and put all my money in my money market which is now earning 1,015.41 a month. I happy with the earnings I am receiving a month oppose to taking a chance and buying shares and losing out. I wish to leave this money for my children how do secure that my children will receive said money without a hassle. I am no longer with the company that opened this account for me.

Did you name a beneficiary for this account? Call immediately to make sure.
Even better, do a direct rollover to an IRA account and name your children as equal beneficiaries.
