401K rollover to IRA
Terry, I am about to retire and have a 401(k) account with T. Rowe Price and am considering rolling over to an IRA with either Vanguard or Fidelity, or staying with Price. How do I determine which one to go with? Is it based on their fees? Being very risk averse, what type of investments do you recommend? Any general advice? Thank you!

Here, read this article about rollovers. It’s a great idea, because you get more choices of conservative investments. I’ve invested with all three. But the T. Rowe Price Equity-Income fund is my all-time favorite, and I’ve owned it forever! So make it easy on yourself and just stick with TRP, and put a portion into that fund, conservative exposure to stocks.
