403B – What to do with it when no longer working.
I am 51 years old and previously worked as a teacher for the Archdiocese of Chicago. I have a 403B retirement account that I am no longer contributing to. Am I able to roll these funds into either my traditional or roth IRA/CD account at the bank without penalty?

Don’t do that — not at a bank. YOu want to do a rollover to a low-cost place like Fidelity, Vanguard or Schwab — where you can invest in a diversified stock mutual fund.
