Ask Terry Questions advising fee

advising fee

By Terry Savage on June 21, 2024 | Financial Planning / Retirement

Fidelity charges 0.945% advising fee on my portfolio. Is that reasonable? Should I try the wealthramp that you have talked about?
Thank you.

Terry Says

Wealthramp advisors look at your entire financial plan — retirement income, taxes, estate planning, housing, etc.  That’s a flat fee.  It can include advice on your investments.

Do you NEED the advice from Fidelity??   That might depend on your age and stage of life — and size of your account.  Maybe have at least one meeting with a FIDUCIARY FEE-ONLY planner to see what advice is worth paying for.
