NO. This is NOT what you’re supposed to do. Are you working? If so, you should open an Individual Retirement Account at Fidelity (1-800-FIDELITY).

Then you should set up a monthly auto-deposit from your bank account into your IRA.
Of course, all of this presumes you are working and have earned income.
