APTC forgiveness

Hearing anything from your IRS friends about how and when they will handle forgiveness of excess APTC? Seems they could just change line 28 of the 8962 to $0 and be done.

The IRS is still working on a procedure re the Obamacare subsidies. As you know, they liberalized the rules and eligibility so people who received unemployment benefits that exceeded their estimated income will not be penalized. But I have not seen anything about how that will be enacted.
