Found an old ATT stock certificate issued 1962. How do I find out the current value of these shares? Thank you

The AT&T website has a segment of its investor relations website dedicated to this issue -- which is more common than you would believe. Here is a link to the page that directs you to get the cost basis of those shares, from which you can determine their current market value -- after accounting for multiple splits and acquisitions over the years. Please do write back and let me know how much value there was in these certificates!
