You don’t need a broker or bank to do this. Just agree on a price and then take your title and insurance card (and hers) to the nearest office of the state Department of Motor Vehicles (assuming it’s open). But remember when you set the price, that the sale of the car will be subject to sales taxes! So you’ll need a separate check to pay them. And the lower the sales price, the lower the sales tax.
It’s entirely possible that the DMV office is not open these days So go online to find out how these transfers are made using the state’s website.
