Back child support
When will the change the care act for father’s who is trying to pay on back pay on child support who still owes but trying to pay it I think us father’s who’s paying and trying should still get a stimulas it least half of the money we part of this epicdemic some of us laid off and we can’t get a check because back child support it’s not fair because peaple who owe back taxes still get it us hard working father’s need help to they need to change that peaple who owe back child support want get help we as father’s are struggling along wit others in the U. S

I have no idea who wrote that provision into the stimulus plan. At first I thought it was a great idea. But I have heard from so many people in your situation who really need the money. And since the money doesn’t go to the children, and doesn’t count against back child support, I now think it’s a really BAD idea!
But I don’t think they are going to change this law!
