Bank account closed after tax refund

Hi, my son filed his taxes in Jan 2020 for the year 2019. At that time he had a bank account and right after he received his tax refund he closed it and opened a new one. How is he going to receive the covid tax relief if that account is closed and that’s what they have on record. How can he contact them to give them the new bank account? Thank you.
