Best current interest rate accounts
Hi Terry,
I have money in accounts at Chase currently. They aren’t paying very much on interest on savings/checking accounts. I took out I-bonds based on your recommendations. Are there other financial institutions that offer high CD rates such as Sun Cities Financial?? Is this a reputable institution??

Very few banks — even online banks with low costs — are offering as high a rates as Treasury Bills. (I think you probably purchased Series I bonds — and reached your limit). But you can buy an unlimited amount of Treasury bills, starting with as little as $100. This week the rates on 26 week T-bills are approaching 4.7%.
