To learn more about mutual funds, get their ratings, performance records, and more information, I suggest you go to Morningstar.com and spend a lot of time there!  Most of the information you need is freely available on the website when you register.  You’ll learn a lot — and the first thing you’re likely to learn is why I can’t answer your question here.  That’s because “best-performing” must be divided into categories, based on risk, goals, and benchmarks.  It’s not just a question of “gaining the most” — because that can vary over time periods (short and long term) and should be adjusted for the risk you take (of loss) to get those returns!
