Bogus credit/benefits card from KeyBank
I received in the mail a letter from KeyBank stating “Recently you were sent a Key2Benefits card. As a follow-up, we are now sending the full Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice for this card.” First off, I never received any such card. Second, I’ve never requested such a card, I have no relationship with this bank, and I’ve never heard of them. Could someone be using my name to open some kind of account or, is this just some junk mail fishing for some business? They provided phone numbers if I have questions but I am afraid to call. Thank you.
