Boss got PPP — scared to go back
My company received the PPP loan. We are now being told we need to go back to work. We repair car interiors at dealerships. Are we required to go back to work considering the stay at home order has not been lifted for what we do.

You’re not required to go back to work. BUT you cannot certify that you are “available for employment” if you turn down your employer’s offer! So you can’t continue to collect unemployment.
It’s a horrible situation, I know. And you’re not alone in being angry.
