BSO Online – locked out, no response from SSA
I am trying to file my W2s and W3 online which we have done for years. I changed our password on 1/15/2021 in order to be ready to file when our accountant sent us our tax documents. However, when I tried to log on, the site said I tried too many times and to call (800) 772-6270 which I have done multiple times. The message simply says contact them via email and then basically disconnects. I have emailed to bso.support@ssa.gov and employerinfo@ssa.gov with no response. I guess we could snail mail the documents to SSA but, have filed online for many years and know they prefer that. It’s a timing thing now as documents should be filed by 2/1/21.
Do you have any suggestions to get through to SSA? Thanks, Lori

Wow, this is a bit out of my territory. But maybe try the main SS number: 1 (800) 772-1213
They MUST answer that number!
And the second time you try (if you get sent to nowhere) try mentioning the word FRAUD. I find that always gets attention from government agencies! So maybe you can suspect fraud?!
