Buying T-Bills through a Revocable Living Trust
I read your article. Helpful. But when setting up a new account in Treasury Direct in the name of the RLT, what is used for the SS number?

Your RLT uses your SS number. And you should also have a bank account in the name of the RLT. You will draw funds for your TBill purchases from that account.
