Calling irs to set up payments have tried for 4 days on hold over 2 hours each day only to be hung up on
I do not have all the computer equipment I am a senior citizen My daughter who lives in another state was trying to fill out the forms she worked 3 hours getting a picture of my drivers license we were told it could not read just keep working at it. Then it asked for a a FaceTime of me I don’t know how to do that either. All I want is to set up payments I don’t own that much hardship for now. What will happen if I just send payments? I am ready to call the governor or tv investigate team. If you can answer Thank you

OK, I need a little more information to try and help you. First, how do you know how much you owe the IRS? Did you get a letter from them?
Ask your daughter to set up an IRS “ID.me” account. Here is the link for her to do that:

That way you will know for sure, what’s going on with your account at the IRS.
Then, you should work with your daughter to contact the IRS Taxpayer Advocate service.
