CARES ACT retirement withdrawal

Good afternoon,
Did Congress extend the CAREs Act provision that allows one to withdraw from one’s 401 k plan without penalty and the ability to spread the tax burden over three years? It ended in December of last year, but I would like to know if it was extended in this recent stimulus package.
