Will cash apps like; Zelle, Venmo, QuickPay, etc, be reporting personal accounts that receive money over a certain threshold to the IRS?

They are banks, and I’m not sure they will be included in the requirement that payments over $600 must be reported. I think that will primarily be sales companies like eBay and Etsy. But I’ll check with the IRS and update if this is incorrect.
