CD Early Withdrawal
Dear Terry,
I currently have 40,000 in a 12 month CD earning 1% which doesn’t mature until July. Now that interest rates are higher should I take a early withdrawal penalty and put it in a high yield savings account earning 3% or wait until the CD matures?
