CD Rates, T Bill Rates In Recession And/Or Down Stock Markets

Given the long term up move in stocks, T Bills, and CD rates, and if we start going into a recession or a stock market long term downtrend, what will happen to the T Bill rates and CD rates?

Interest rates are already falling sharply, and will likely decline more. But that doesn’t mean you should start speculating to earn more!
