Certifying
My son applied in March and received a letter. Never received a check. I myself have never applied, so we were both un aware about the certification.
Will he get that back pay?

Yes, if he can get through to certify now. It’s a huge mess — more than a million calls, and only a few hundred people in the call center! But if he qualifies, he should get back benefits!
