College Savings Plans in Illinois

(Terry: I read your December 8, 2013 article on College Savings Plans in Illinois and I completely understand your position on the Bright START Savings Plan, however, is your position on the Bright DIRECTION Savings Plan the same?

Terry Says:  Bright Direction is basically the same plan — only sold by brokers, who receive a commission for taking the time to explain it to you and help you make appropriate investment choices !
