Commercial Real Estate Fund
I heard a popular Financial Expert mention that a safe bet to make good returns is to invest in a Commercial Real Estate Fund. You can expect 6-8% returns with no fees on a $25k minimum investment. Seems too good to be true. What am I missing here?

It will last until it doesn't! Then you will be trapped -- when, not if -- there is another financial crisis. Then just try getting out. I hope that's a long time away. But this is a risky investment and no place for "chicken money."
