Covid refund
We entered a 3911 form for a $600.00 refund in January 2023.
As yet we have not received the refund. How can we follow up on this?
Or should we be patient?

Did you file that form electronically? Or send it by mail? And if the latter, did you send it by registered mail, return receipt requested?? That would have been the smart thing to do.
It seems like too much time has passed to not have received a response. Read this;

If you file by mail, suggest you re-file that form, following instructions to get receipt.
