Covid Tax Relief Payments

I have not received any Covid tax relief checks from the IRS. Is it still possible to receive the checks? In the alternative, can the amount due be used to offset taxes on the federal income tax? If so, for how long? And any deadlines for the above issues? Thank you so much!
