Covid19 stimulus package
I heard you on WGN news this morning. I thought you said that the payment will be made based on your most recent tax return, 2018 or 2019 but the credit will be calculated on the 2020 return and the government could recover some of the payment if the credit calculation is lower than the payment. Is that true?

If they pay you based on your 2019 or 2019 tax return and find out they overpaid, it will be adjusted on your 2020 return. You don’t have to pay this back if you were eligible.
