Credit lock
Hello Terry, I am considering locking my credit. I do not plan on purchasing anything major anytime soon. I read of credit freezing and it sounded like locking my credit was a better and easier option. I do you use credit protection through my bank but thought it might be an extra option to lock it also.
I’m sure you’ve addressed this many times and I’ve looked to find answers but didn’t see the topic. Sorry if I’m being repetitive.

In most cases, a credit freeze is synonymous with a credit lock. Follow these instructions to reach all three bureaus to freeze your credit. Remember your PIN!
