Honestly, I wish I could. I even asked the IRS Commissioner in an interview. The IRS has decided they won’t chase people who received stimulus checks illegally. That is a horrible shame, but there is nothing I can do about it. So very sorry.
Your one “try” is to file a “missing stimulus” check report with the IRS using this link:

AND you can check to see if there’s anything on record for you by creating an IRS “account” using this link:

But I honestly think this will be a dead end for you. They just won’t get involved.
