Debit card. From ides. Activated zero funds
After months if trying daughter recently got (PUA) debit card. Activated it to find out Zero funds? Can’t get through for explanation. What now?

IDES does send out cards well before applying money to the card. And since she DID apply for unemployment, this is not likely a fraudulent card.
Have her contact IDES — get on the callback list — to find out when her money is expected to arrive.
