Do your own will?

Hi Terry,
We need to get a new financial person, I meet Jim Flanagan of Bentron Financial Group, Inc.
at his office regarding taking early retirement (I’m 61) because of no job for 2 years. He looked at my rollover IRA accounts which have not been doing very good for at least 10 years. What is your view point on Structured Investing through Loring Ward Investments?
Also I need a will & revocable thrust I was thinking of ordering Susie Ormans disc to do wills, your thoughts?

Terry Says:  I’m not personally knowledgeable about Loring Ward, and I don’t know about their structured investing.  So I really can’t comment.  But I will tell you that I NEVER advise a do-it-yourself estate plan.  You’re bound to make mistakes, and you won’t be around to fix them by the time they become apparent.
