Dow –correction!
Hi Terry:
Not mad.. because I respect you and all your advice.
But on John’s show Wednesday you stated the last time the Dow hit a high of 45,000 was last summer.
It was NOT.. it was in November. We’re still down 3,000 from barely 5 months ago!
Amid an economic/political environment where way too many people intentionally tell lies every single day to attempt to convince us all is well in the hands of boy genius, I know this was simply a temporary lapse of memory or perhaps even jet lag 🙂 on your part.
Nevertheless I hope you’ll correct it next time you’re on with John and hopefully the Dow regroups in the way the S&P has and some semblance of stability returns to our economy soon. Thank you!
– With much Respect

Wow, my error — And I was looking at the chart when I said that. YOu’re correct, that the Dow first hit 45,000 in November, and then again in February, before its precipitous drop to around 36,611. While the S&P 500 is almost back to its highs this year, the Dow (driven down today by United Health) is well off its highs.
Thanks for being such a sharp listener!
