eip card pin
I misplaced the mail for my EIP card and never used it. unable to find the mail with my pin number. I have followed the instructions on the 800 number and cannot speak to a human and don’t have a pin number so the service cuts off and I can’t get help. What should I do?

Did you follow these instructions? I assume you’ve tried calling customer service at: 1.800.240.8100.
They say all you have to do is:
Provide your name, address, and social security number to validate your identity
Create a 4-digit PIN so you can get cash at the ATM. If you forget your PIN, you can call customer service to get a new one
Check the balance to know how much you received

I would suggest reaching out to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in Washington DC with your complaint.
