Do you think that if I used my EPPICard direct deposit information and give to someone so they could get their direct deposit for their unemployment benefits faster do you think that would work at all or can I order receive from the state for your own benefit

I had to do a bit of research on this one, since frankly I had never heard of the EPPIcard! I see it is a debit card system used by many states (not currently in Illinois) to facilitate child support payments and other programs.
But unemployment in Illinois has its own debit card program administered b y Key Bank, which also administers other state unemployment benefit programs.
So I see no way to make it work for receiving unemployment benefits.
