Establishing a trust
Should I put my home and IRA in a trust. What are the advantages. I’m 74, mortgage on home is approximately $160k vs value of $350k. Also $ 240 in retirement savings. No other assets. Also how much should I expect to pay attorney for preparing the necessary documents. Thank you.
