This is a tough question. Estate planners are in high demand right now –as the prospects for major changes in estate tax law are keeping them busy before year-end. You can look through your local bar association directory. Or go to the Trust Department of a major bank in your town and ask for a recommendation. They know who does good work!
Or there are online directories of estate planning attorneys like this one. It’s a sort of Yelp for attorneys near you in various specialties.
