We own an apartment that we want to leave for our 3 kids after we pass. I would like to find out why a RLT will be better than a Quit Deed.

A revocable living trust does so much more than distribute assets after death; it allows a successor trustee to manage your assets while you are a live, but incapacitated, perhaps by a stroke.
