Have you any recommendation (s) for a estate tax advisor…someone who is well qualified, trustworthy & does not have an agenda he is trying to “sell” ? We are in the process of redoing a trust & definitely need to consult someone before an attorney

A qualified estate planning attorney will advise you first and foremost on tax issues. So I’m not quite sure what questions you might have in advance of meeting with an estate planning attorney.
