Federal covid-19 unemployment eligibility
If after ten years on disability, I had just rejoined the workforce, and then a month later got laid off when the schools closed and didn’t need bus drivers, might I be eligible under the expanded federal covid-19 unemployment program? The issue is my mere month of employment out of ten years.

Oh, great question. I don’t know if the income requirement — set by each state — will be waived under the Care Act. My only suggestion is to apply and see what happens.
