Federal Tax Refund

I did a tax return for a friend’s daughter on turbo tax. I have check a number of times on their website but now it days to double check everything. I have it on my Turbo Tax that is was accepted on 02/22/2020 and as of yet she has not received her refund. What can we do? This was for Tax year 2019 and I am wondering what will happen to the 2020 Tax return
