A FIDUCIARY advisor should sign the fiduciary “pledge” in writing on company letterhead. He/She should state the following: “I pledge to act as a fiduciary, putting YOUR interests ahead of my own in all recommendations, and fully disclosing all fees, costs, commissions, and incentives.”
