How do l know what the new TBill rate is, if I have automatic rollover every 6 months

You’ll never know the exact Monday auction rate in advance. But you can get very close if you see how bills and bonds are trading in the open market.
To find that, go to CNBC.com. Then near the top, click on “bonds” and look at US Treasury rates for 6-month T-bills.
