fixed index annuities
Are you a fan of FIAs? I sense it’s better to manage my own money. What are some less risky stable financial vehicles where I can get a decent 6-8 pct return in retirement. I’m 60. Love your show
Terry Says
There is NO place today where you can get a “decent 6-8% return” risk free. Now, if you want to take on some risk of loss, a broad-based S&P 500 stock index fund should return that — over the long run, at least 20 years.
Today the risk-free rate of return is about 4% on T-bills.
