Forbearance/ Refinance

By Terry Savage on March 24, 2021 | Housing / Real Estate

I am currently in the last stages of my forbearance program I currently am employed from my previous employer of 5 years paused during the pandemic for 11 months My forbearance program Is over in June when can I refinance?

Terry Says

As soon as a bank or mortgage company will let you! A lot depends on your current credit score, on the repayment terms for your forbearance, and the amount of equity you have — as well as your income situation. I suggest asking beyond your current bank, although do check with them. Then try another local bank or GuaranteedRate.com or RocketMortgage.com. Star the process now.
