I filled out the form online but it occurred to me , do I have to fill it out for my wife as well?
We filed a joint return.

TODAY is the last day to arrange for your payment to be DIRECT DEPOSITED by entering your bank info here;

But you don’t have to do this if you filed a tax return. It will come by paper check to the address on your return, though it may take a few weeks longer.
If you filed a joint return and put in your banking info, both payments should come to the same place.
