Getting more interest

By Terry Savage on November 25, 2019 | Chicken Money

Hello Terry
We have CD and bond ladders coming due month by month. Where can we reinvestment these funds safely for decent returns? We are a couple years away from retirement , and have enough money in the stock market.
Thank you so much.

You keep doing just what you have been doing — rolling over those CDs as they mature, and settling for the current low interest rates!
Now, you might consider doing that with U.S. Treasury bills. They are the absolute safest instrument, pay low yields determined at the U.s. Trasury auction each week — AND, if you live in a high state=tax state, the interest on Treasury Bills is not subject to state income tax!
