Held Return by IRS
I received a CP05 letter saying my taxes are under review for 60 days 45 days after they were accepted. Is verifying income for returns under review considered an essential or critical operation to the IRS?

Ha, I don’t know. But if you filed your 2018 return, you should still get your stimulus check mailed to the address on that return, if you qualified based on income.
