HOA dictated deck replacement
Can an HOA demand money to replace our deck when replacement not needed. This has been done early December demanding payment by 1.5.23. They are doing this without any association details released as to how many people effected and their cost?

I think your association might respond to a letter from a real estate attorney. If others feel as you do, consult one. A lot depends on your association rules and covenants. An attorney can do a quick review and let you know if this is “legal”!
