I have a 2.75% rate on my mortgage. Which is best, a loan or HELOC? Which institution is best?

Why do you need this money? Can’t you stay out of debt in the new year? Please don’t treat your house as a piggy bank. You have a great mortgage. Don’t touch it. And don’t add on to your debt.
